The HKSF website was updated on 4 November 2025.
For security purposes all MyHKSF accounts:
- Are assigned a unique (9 digit) MyHKSF account reference number upon registration (for members, this reference number also acts as the MyHKSF account holder's HKSF membership number).
- Must have a unique email address.
Unable to login?
If you created a MyHKSF account before 4 November 2025 and can no longer login using the email address you believe to be associated with your MyHKSF account, please use the forgot password link to reset your password.
Not received a password reset email?
If you don't receive an email from us within 15 minutes of submitting your password reset request, please follow the onscreen information on the password reset submission request page, advising you to attempt to sign in with an alternative email address or to create a new MyHKSF account.
Still unable to login?
If your email address is associated with more than one MyHKSF account then logging in or resetting your password won't be possible until we have merged the duplicate accounts.
